In 1999, ASPAPEL, the Ministry of Environment, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, and Ecoembes, convened a design contest for the blue bin of selective collection of paper and board. The winning model was the one presented by the company Mormedi, also known as ASPAPEL or Ecoembes model. In this document you will find the Technical and Design Dossier.
